Welcome to our new Kett Blog.
We thought we’d get this up now in order to wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year. As you may know, we’ve had some pretty intense snow here the last week or so. I’m wondering if it will hold out for a white Christmas or maybe we'll have a bright, crisp, blue sky type of day.
It was reported to have been minus 8 in some parts of Norfolk, which is cold by anyone’s standards! We’ve had power-cuts and road closures, but still the Christmas spirit is here. The Holiday Cottages are all ready for the Christmas arrivals and here in the market town of Fakenham (where we are based) people are doing last minute Christmas shopping for presents and food for the big day. I’ve just done the last little bits myself.
Anyway, back to the whole idea of the blog; over the next few weeks we will be adding some interesting entries from local business owners and others with a story to tell in North Norfolk. Keeping you up to date with events, views and opinions on and about everything Norfolk! If you have any comments or ideas, please feel free to post them here.
