Kett Country Cottages

Coastal Cottages

White sand beaches, salt marshes, pine forests and mudflats are just some of the features that make up the 43 miles of Norfolk’s coastline, often noted as one of the most naturally breathtaking landscapes in England.

To accommodate holidaymaking families, romance seekers and active beachgoers, Kett offers a number of coastal cottages in various beachside villages that comfortably sleep anywhere from 4 to 11 people.

At one of our Wells-next-the-Sea cottages, like Flint Drift, you’re just a short jaunt to Wells’ sandy beach, located on the unspoiled Holkham Estate. Here, the sands back into gorgeous dunes and pine trees, and further down, salt marshes and a nature preserve help make the perfect backdrop for a serene holiday.

The Old Chapel Heacham, a conversion that sleeps 8 with its original loft ceilings, is situated in the coastal village of Heacham, home to the some of the most beautiful sunsets in England.

In Mundesley and Sheringham, families can feel safe playing in the sand and tide pools, as both are noted EU Blue Flag beaches, awarded for their cleanliness. At the Poppy House, a semi-detached Victorian that sleeps 8, you are only 10 minutes away from the golden sands of Sheringham beach, and in colder months, the nearby Splash Leisure Centre offers a tropical swimming pool and poolside café to satisfy your thirst for a quick dip and a relaxing afternoon.
