Letting Services
We offer a very flexible arrangement, enabling owners to use their cottage without restriction. All that we ask is that we are informed in advance of any dates when the cottage will not be available. In a competative market, it is important that we are able to take bookings without having to confirm availability with owners first.
Our commission rate is amongst the lowest in the industry and for this we will:
- Meet with you at your cottage without obligation.
- Advise on any changes or enhancements to your cottage. We have many years of experience within the team at Kett Country Cottages and are well placed to inform and guide you in order to maximise your cottage’s potential.
- Use many different advertising mediums and your cottage will form a part of this programme. Our advertising strategy aims to ensure that you receive maximum exposure to the market.
- Sell the holidays to the enquirers. Ultimately the objective is to fill your cottage and our sales conversion rate of well over 50% will ensure that most of those who enquire of us will ultimately book. Our knowledgeable booking team will guide holidaymakers through their choices ensuring that the cottage they book is as close to their ideal as possible.
- Receive all payments on your behalf, issue reservation details to the holidaymakers and provide you with a monthly statement detailing income and expenditure.
- Administer the booking process ensuring that the holidaymakers have all the information they need to reach and gain access to your cottage. We are of course on hand and available to them before, during and after their stay.
You pay nothing upfront – no registration fee and we only get paid when we sell a holiday.
