It may be that you do not live locally or if you do, would prefer to leave the everyday management of your cottage to us. We can handle almost any task relating to your cottage that you may require us to undertake.
Cleaning
We have an impressive team of experienced cleaners who will ensure that your cottage is cleaned and prepared prior to your or the holidaymakers
arrival. We can organise periodic spring and end of season cleans.
Laundry
We offer a full laundry service for bed linen, towels, upholstery and carpets.
Key Holding
We will provide holidaymakers with the details they need to retrieve the keys for your cottage and we will hold a set ourselves.
Security and preventative maintenance check
For your peace of mind we offer a retained service in which we will conduct cottage visits during which we will check the security of the cottage, inspect for damage (some household insurers will reduce premiums if the property is checked regularly), and we will make ourselves available to be contacted in an emergency. If as a result of our visits, we identify a problem, then having sought your authority, we will contact local tradesmen, organise quotes, meet deliveries or indeed almost anything that you might require from us.
Gardening
An attractive garden gives an excellent first impression and we can organise the management of your garden throughout the year or as
required.
Maintenance
We have a number of reliable tradesmen in the area who can deal with all maintenance work - large or small. As well as the more routine
tasks such as boiler servicing and electrical checks.
