Acacia Cottage

WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA | Sleeps up to 8 people | From £595.00 per week

This charming cottage is tucked away in one of the quiet secret places to be found all over Wells-next-the-sea. The detached house was built ten years ago in a traditional brick and flint style and is set away from the road down a private drive. It is ideally situated for shops, pubs and restaurants available in Wells as well as the quay and beach. The whole of the North Norfolk coast is accessible with 25 miles either east or west. It has a fully enclosed garden with a sunny aspect all day long if you don't wish to venture far.

One of the advantages of this house is it's situation. It is just a short walk from the town itself with off road parking, but is in a quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town, ideal for times when you want a peaceful and relaxing break.

North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer.  The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches.  Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce.  Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
