Appleford Fosse is a pretty, traditional flint cottage in Hindringham. The cottage has been completely refurbished to provide a very bright and cosy holiday cottage. Hindringham is only 5 miles from the coast, Holt is 7 miles and a visit to the Thursday market in Fakenham 6 miles away is a must. Binham is 2 miles away with beautiful remains of the Benedictine Priory, a local shop and newsagent, petrol pumps, a good butcher, and a pub serving food. A short drive away is the Medieval town of Little Walsingham, with an award-winning Farm Shop. Great Walsingham has a Post Office and a barn complex housing interesting shops and a gallery. Thursford, home of the famous steam organ collection is 2 miles away. The cottage is just a short walk from the newly opened village pub.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Through an archway to the rear of the property.
Kitchen / dining room: Spacious room with painted, fitted country style units, a tiled floor and equipped with electric cooker with extractor over, microwave and fridge.
Utility area: Washing machine and a compact dishwasher.
Dining area: Round pine cream painted table and seats 4.
Sitting room: This sunny room retains a cottage feel with stripped pine doors and beams. It has an open fire, comfy seating and a TV with DVD player.
First Floor
Stairs: Winding cupboard stairs lead to the first floor.
Bedroom 1: A double room with built in cupboards and shelves.
Bedroom 2: A twin room with built in cupboards and shelving.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.
Outside
Garden: To the front of the property there is a gravel area and parking for 2 cars. To the rear is a small fenced garden with a lawn and garden furniture to sit out and enjoy sunny days.
The garden although delineated is not fully enclosed and adjoins the neighbouring garden to the rear. There are extensive views front and rear over fields and farmland.
The cottage is heated by electric storage radiators and an initial supply of fuel for the fire is supplied.
A returnable security deposit is payable on this property.

Holt is only 7 miles away and a visit to the Thursday Market in Fakenham, 6 miles away is a must. Just a short drive away is the Medieval town of Little Walsingham, recognised all over the world as a pilgrimage centre for people of many faiths and home to the wonderful award-winning Walsingham Farm Shop.
