North and North East Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, Cromer, Sheringham and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley, Overstrand and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. The Norfolk Broads are only a short distance and are perfect for boating and fishing throughout the year.
Ashley Cottage is a large 3 storey property only 2 minutes walk from the sea and there is a great cafe next to the beach and so its ideal for families with children. Sheringham is a typical North Norfolk coastal town with its mix of pubs, cafes, restaurants, gift shops and of course the beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday. It is also ideal during the rest of the year with plenty to do including visits to the many stately homes in the area, nature and bird reserves, museums - plenty of activities for young and old.
Entrance into a hallway with stairs leading up. Sitting room with, TV and DVD and sofas and armchairs for 6 plus. If you have just come off the beach the brand new wet room with shower and wc is ideal and is next to the separate dining room with room for 8 plus.
Through to the kitchen/diner which has a kitchen table and doors into the courtyard garden where you could enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or a drink in the evening.
The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Upstairs on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom all with storage and hanging space for clothes. Also on this floor is a wc and basin.
On the second floor there is a bunk room with one set of bunk beds and a single room. Here you will also find the family bathroom with separate shower, wc and basin.
Outside at the back a courtyard garden with table and chairs. At the front of the house, there is a small patio area above the level of the road.
Parking permit availble for one car (no charge but refundable deposit required). Parking also possible in nearby streets.
