Autumn Cottage Annexe is a cosy little property with a sunny aspect and surrounded by fields. Situated on the common to the edge of the village of Whissonsett, it is a really quiet and peaceful retreat. All on one level and with wheelchair access this is an ideal location for one with limited mobility. The property adjoins the owner’s home. The village of Whissonsett is surrounded by quiet roads and footpaths making it ideal for walking and cycling. It has a local shop and is just 5 miles south of Fakenham, home of the Fakenham National Hunt Racing and is approximately 7 miles from the market town of East Dereham. The North Norfolk coast is about a half hour drive away.

Sitting / Dining Room: The open plan area has plenty of seating and has access through French doors to the garden. There is a TV with DVD player and Freeview and a radio. The dining area has seating for 3 round a small table with a further two seats at a breakfast bar.
Kitchen: The compact kitchen has a small breakfast bar and is well equipped with:
- Washing machine
- Electric Cooker with extractor over
- Microwave oven
- Fridge with ice compartment
Bedroom 1: A double room with a wardrobe and an en - suite shower room with electric shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Wi-Fi access may be available by arrangement with the owner
Heating is by electric storage radiators
Outside: There is a small enclosed garden with a paved area, lawn and garden furniture, there are gardens beyond and a beautiful weeping willow tree. You may be lucky to spot the barn owl hunting at dawn and dusk

Whissonsett
This pretty village is located just a few miles south of Fakenham and is in a perfect central location from which to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer. Kett Country Cottages have two very nice holiday cottages in Whissonsett.
There is a good village shop and post office. The nearest pub serving food would be Brisley or Colkirk - approx 3-4 miles. The coastal towns of Wells, Blakeney and Brancaster are only about 25 minutes drive away and the bustling market towns of Fakenham and Dereham are nearby. Sandringham and Houghton Hall are also very close.
