The Batch is a modern, detached, carrstone bungalow in the North Norfolk village of Ringstead just a stones throw from the village amenities and picturesque coastline, with the sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton and Holme next the Sea just two miles away. The village of Ringstead has a post office and village shop close by, which is licensed and also has free WiFi access. It also has a maze of rooms with an array of antiques and collectables. There is an art gallery and a 15th century pub, 'The Gin Trap', just a short stroll away.

North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer.  The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches.  Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe and Holkham allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce.  Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.

The Batch has recently undergone extensive redecoration and renovation to provide a very bright, modern and spacious family home. The house has been furnished with families with children in mind and provides a cot and a highchair and has an enclosed rear garden.

Entrance is into a hallway with room for coats and shoes. The spacious sunny living room has large comfy seating, a woodburner and a TV with DVD and Freeview. It has wooden floors through. The kitchen/dining room is off the sitting room through an archway. The dining table is situated so that diners can look out onto the rear garden through French doors and it will seat 6 easily.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. Cooking is by an electric oven with an extractor over. There is a washing machine in the outside utility room.
 
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 good sized double with a Kingsize bed and a TV
The twin bedded room also has a wooden cot
The bunk bed room has full sized bunks
The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, washbasin and w.c.
 
Outside there is a utility room accessed via the rear garden. There is a very useful w.c, a sink and the washing machine.
 
The rear garden is mainly laid to grass with shrubs. It looks out across a small field making it quite quiet and private.
The front garden has a small lawn and shrubs.
Parking is off road on a gravel drive for up to 3 cars
