North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
Great Snoring lies within reach lies close to Fakenham and Holt, thriving towns nestling in beautiful countryside and is only 5 miles from the coast, with all its obvious delights. There are a superb range of shops and places to eat in Holt and a visit to the Thursday market in Fakenham is a must. It is also home to Fakenham Racecourse one of the finest rural National Hunt courses in the country.
Bramley Cottage (formerly Swallow Cottage) is a modern house in a traditional style development on the edge of the village offering an ideal base for 2 people to explore the area.
Entrance is into a hallway with the main, wood floored living area leading off. There is a small dining table, a sitting area with a sofa, TV with freeview and an open fire and then the kitchen, all open to beamed eaves. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob with an extractor over, a built in oven and a microwave. There is also an under counter fridge and a freezer.
The twin bedroom leads from the hall and has a built in cupboard. The bathroom also leads off from the hall and with an electric shower over the bath. The cottage is heated by electric storage radiators as well as the main fire.
Outside is a small shared area of grass to the front and there is parking under a covered cart shed off the courtyard. It is not fully enclosed.
