Horning
Horning is an ancient and picturesque village, often described as the prettiest village on the broads. In the village itself is a spa shop which is open from 8 am - 8pm, an excellent butcher's shop, a swimming pool and of course, it has it’s own broad. Wroxham is 2 miles away and has a wide variety of shops as well as being the centre of the Norfolk Broads where there is a wide choice of water based activities to choose from. The nearest beach is at Waxham, 8 miles away. A number of local pubs serve awarding-winning food, the Barton Angler and the White Horse at Neatishead are close by. Holiday Cottages in the Norfolk Broads range in size and style and many have features such as open fires, swimming pools and even dog friendly cottages.
