Butlers Cottage is a very pretty property set in beautiful gardens in Overstrand. The house dates from the Edwardian period and is now a spacious family home, ideal for groups of adults or for a family. The downstairs bedrooms allow for easy access if stairs are a problem. Overstrand is a coastal village located just a few miles from Cromer. It has a long sandy beach which is easily accessible from the cottage. The village itself has a number of shops and a particularly good pub The White Horse which is a short walk from Butlers Cottage.
Ground Floor
Sitting room: A charming room with seating for 6, TV with free view channels and a DVD. Gas effect fire.
Dining room: The table seats 6+ and has views out over the garden.
Kitchen: The small kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with: gas cooker, (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer are all housed in the conservatory/garden room).
Conservatory/Garden room: An ideal combination of additional dining space/somewhere for the kids and a pleasant and peaceful area to sit. In the summer, you may benefit from the abundant vines growing across the ceiling.
Shower room: Walk in shower, basin and WC.
W.C. 2: Separate WC.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Double room with King size bed and hand basin.
First Floor
Staircase: The stairs are quite step and narrow.
Bedroom 3: Large twin Bedroom with a basin.
Outside
A large enclosed and well-tended garden with many borders and a lovely summerhouse.
Parking is unrestricted on the road. There is a short pathway from the road to the cottage.
Linen is not provided but duvets and pillows are provided.
Gas Central heating and hot water included.

Overstrand is a coastal village located just two miles from Cromer.
