North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
Chadwicks is a large comfortable house tucked away in the quite lanes on the edge of the salt marsh. It is therefore only minutes from the sea and the coastal path. The area is very popular all year round for walking, birdwatching and family holidays. Within walking distance is the village shop, and a short drive along the coast road to Burnham Deepdale you will find a garage with mini-mart and the wonderful Deepdale Cafe that serves the most delicious breakfasts and lunches made from local produce. There are several very good pubs and restaurants nearby including the Jolly Sailors which does delicious pizzas and local ales. The village of Burnham Market is a short drive away with a variety of interesting shops and the excellent and famous Hoste Arms pub.
Downstairs you have a large kitchen/diner with plenty of seating for 16 if required. Well equipped with a fridge freezer and a separate fridge, a double electric oven, an oil fired rayburn cooker, microwave and two dishwashers.
The utility room has 2 washing machines and a dryer.The sitting room has plenty of seating, an open fire, TV, DVD and Stereo.
There are 2 bunk rooms with two sets of adult sized bunk beds in both. Two separate bathrooms with hand held showers. A twin room with a TV and DVD and an additional large 'wet room' with a walk in shower.
Upstairs are 2 double rooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and one with an additional sink in the bedroom.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden with a barbeque.
