North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
Clarence's Lodge is near the centre of Sculthorpe which is a quiet and unspoilt village. Nearby attractions include the Hawk and Owl Trust, Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve. The village has a pub/restaurant and Sculthorpe Mill pub/ restaurant is a few minutes away. Fakenham market town (2 miles) offers a good selection of shops/pubs and restaurants and Burnham Market (8 miles) offers more exclusive shopping and dining. The coast is just 20 minutes drive.
The Lodge is a bungalow with one double bedroom, a shower room with wc and basin. There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is also a good sized sitting and dining room with plenty of seating - including a double sofa bed, a dining table for four and a TV.
Outside there is a grassed garden area with views over the adjoining fields.
