North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
Clematis Cottage is a recently renovated traditional brick and flint cottage near the North Norfolk coast sleeping 6 plus a cot. The accommodation is fully modernised and well appointed. The Cottage is in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, only 15 minutes from the coast and beaches, and close to the market town of Fakenham and to Holt. The area has always had a reputation as a rural retreat. Clematis Cottage offers an ideal base for a family with children, away from traffic and with plenty of space for parking and play.
Downstairs A bright and comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace, a TV, DVD, video and radio. A separate dining room seating 8. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, cooker, fridge with freezer section and microwave. The larder has another fridge and a freezer. A separate utility room houses a sink, washing machine and dryer. There is a useful extra w/c in a separate room.
Upstairs Comprises two large twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath, with a shower over and w.c. The large landing area could accommodate an extra temporary bed .
