North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
The Coach House is located in the village of Sedgeford and is only 4 miles from the many lovely beaches on the coast. It is a very comfortable detached converted barn, neighbouring the owner's home. Ideally located to benefit from the many local attractions including the numerous RSPB nature reserves, the coastal paths, stately homes including Sandringham and Houghton Hall. In short whether you are a walker, beach enthusiast, bird spotter or just want to get away from it all then this is the place for you.
The property is largely open plan with entrance into a small hallway off which is the shower room with wc and basin. The good sized sitting/dining room is bright and spacious with a TV/DVD/Video combo and a wood burner for those winter nights. The dining table will seat 5. Up a few steps into the well equipped fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and stereo and a small table for two.
The double bed is up a short flight of stairs on a mezzanine floor.
Outside there is an area where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evenings on the terrace.
