Colston is an exceptionally well presented detached bungalow in the village of Walcott and offers all that you could want for a family beach holiday or relaxing break during the less warm months. There are one or two good shops and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the village. The large sandy beach is literally 500 metres walk from the front door. Inland you are 10 mins drive from the Norfolk Broads and Norwich is only 30 minutes away. Being very near to the sea the house is perfect for summer holidays but is equally suited for cosy winter breaks where you can take a bracing walk along the beach and then relax in the warm of the well insulated and centrally heated property.

Entrance: Into a spacious hallway.
Sitting room: This room has two large sofas and a large flat screen TV,DVD, Video, freeview and an ipod dock.
Bedroom 1: The master double bedroom has views into the garden and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The twin room looks out of the front of the property.
Bathroom: The large family bathroom has a shower over the bath, w.c. and handbasin.
Ktchen / Diner: The round dining table seats 4/6. The kitchen is well equipped with: double electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
Outside
The fully enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a patio area with chiminea.
Parking for 3 cars off road.

Walcott
This coastal village offers all that you could want for a family beach holiday or relaxing break during the less warm months. Holiday cottages in Walcott range in sizes and even include cottages with broadband and wifi.There are one or two good shops and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the village. There is a large sandy beach with a slipway for launching boats and a promenade which stretches all the way to the neighboring village of Bacton. Inland you are 10 mins drive from the Norfolk Broads and Norwich is only 30 minutes away. A few miles away is the market town of North Walsham which has a lively Thursday market as well as many shops, a post office and two supermarkets. Kett Country Cottages have many holiday cottages in North Norfolk, and in particular have a lovely holiday cottage in Walcott.
