Corner Cottage is a compact modern house in a traditional style development on the edge of the village of Great Snoring offering an ideal base for 2 people to explore the area all year round. The village lies within reach lies close to Fakenham and Holt, thriving towns nestling in beautiful countryside and is only 5 miles from the coast, with all its obvious delights. There are a superb range of shops and places to eat in Holt and a visit to the Thursday market in Fakenham is a must. It is also home to Fakenham Racecourse one of the finest rural National Hunt courses in the country.
All Ground Floor
Entrance: Into a hallway with the wood flooring, which runs through the whole of the property, and there is storage space for shoes etc.
Living area: Comprises a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, a double sofa bed and an electric coal effect fire and a wall mounted combined digital TV/DVD . The whole of the room is open to beamed eaves.
Kitchen area: Very well equipped with: electric hob with an extractor, built in oven, microwave, fridge - freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, compact dishwasher. An extending table seating 2 to 4.
Bedroom 1: The double bedroom has a large built in cupboard and hanging space and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom: With a shower (no bath) a w.c. and basin.
Outside
A small area of grass to the front of the cottage with a table and chairs. There are views over to the village church and a shared lawn area which you are free to enjoy. There is a shared rotary clothes line in the garden to the rear of the properties.
Parking under a designated covered cart shed off the courtyard.
The cottage is heated by electric storage radiators.
A returnable security deposit is required.

Kett Country Cottages have many holiday cottages in North Norfolk, often with child-friendly enclosed gardens, some within walking distance of a village pub and even dog friendly cottages. In the centre of the village of Great Snoring is a lovely 13th Century church and Old rectory. The closest shop is in the nearby village of Little Snoring, which is under two miles away. Alternatively there are a superb range of shops and places to eat in Holt and a visit to the Thursday market in Fakenham is a must. It is also home to Fakenham Racecourse one of the finest rural National Hunt courses in the country.
