North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
Corner Cottage is a compact, modern house, part of a traditional style development on the edge of the village offering an ideal base for 2 to 4 people to explore the area.
Entrance is into a hallway with the wood flooring, which run through the whole of the property, and there is storage space for shoes etc.
The living area comprises a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, a double sofa bed and an electric coal effect fire and a wall mounted combined digital TV/DVD . The whole of the room is open to beamed eaves. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric hob with an extractor over, a built in oven and a microwave. There is also a fridge - freezer, a washing machine, tumble dryer and a built in compact dishwasher. An extending table seats 2 to 4.
The double bedroom has a large built in cupboard and hanging space and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a shower (no bath) a w.c. and basin.The cottage is heated by electric storage radiators.
Outside is a small area of grass to the front of the cottage with a table and chairs. There are views over to the village church and a shared lawn area which you are free to enjoy. There is also a shared rotary clothes line in the garden to the rear of the properties.
Parking under a designated covered cart shed off the courtyard.
