The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.
Beautifully renovated and very comfortable, this former 18th century dairy is one of a little cluster of properties sharing an attractive courtyard setting within 7 acres of grounds. The excellent facilities include an indoor swimming pool which is open all year round and a games room with a full size snooker table, table tennis, pool and table football. The pool at the shallow end is .765m and the deep end is 1.365m This lovely rural idyll lies close to the many stately homes in the area including Sandringham Park, Houghton Hall and Holkham. The beautiful north Norfolk coast and Hunstanton's seaside attractions are a short drive away. Fakenham's shops, inns, restaurants and golf course are quick 3 miles.
Entrance into an open plan living and dining area with plenty of seating and a TV, DVD and radio. The well equipped kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, electric oven and seating at the kitchen table. Whilst staying, you have use of the washing machines in the pool house.
Upstairs there is a twin room and a double and a family bathroom with a shower over. The interior is comfortably furnished retaining the cosy feel of a converted barn. Heatring is by electric storage radiators.
