Dairy Barn is a beautifully renovated and very comfortable former 18th century dairy, one of a little cluster of properties sharing an attractive courtyard setting within 7 acres of grounds. The excellent facilities include an indoor swimming pool which is open all year round and a games room with a full size snooker table, table tennis, pool and table football. The pool at the shallow end is .765m and the deep end is 1.365m This lovely rural idyll lies close to the many stately homes in the area including Sandringham Park, Houghton Hall and Holkham. The beautiful north Norfolk coast and Hunstanton's seaside attractions are a short drive away. Fakenham's shops, inns, restaurants and golf course are quick 3 miles.
Ground Floor
Living Area: Entrance is into an open plan living and dining area with plenty of seating and a TV with digi box, DVD and radio. The interior is comfortably furnished retaining the cosy feel of a converted barn. Heating is by electric storage radiators.
Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen area has a small dining table and it has: fridge, microwave, electric oven. Washing machines are available in the pool house.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A twin room.
Bedroom 2: A double room.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, a w.c. and basin.
A Cot, Highchair & stairgate are available.
Outside
A large paved courtyard is shared with the other properties. There is garden furniture and barbeques are available. The grounds around the barns are open for walking and playing there are animals in the paddock at different times of the year.
Plenty of off road parking.
Towels are provided, but you will need to bring extra towels for the pool.
One dog only @ £10.
