North and North East Norfolk have a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney, Cromer, Sheringham and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley, Overstrand and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Inland there are a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. The Norfolk Broads are only a short distance and are perfect for boating and fishing throughout the year.
Southrepps is only a few miles from the north Norfolk coast and so is very close to the sandy beaches at Mundesley, Overstrand and Cromer. The village has a pub and a couple of shops all within walking distance of the cottage.
Dairy Cottage forms part of Beechlands Farm (now a non working farm) and is a recent conversion from a traditional brick and flint farm building. It is located next to the owner’s house but is completely separate from it.
Entrance into the fully fitted modern kitchen which has: electric oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and a freezer in the garage. The kitchen table with seating for 4. Through the hallway (where there is a downstairs loo) into the sitting room which comfortably seats 4 and has a gas stove for extra warmth in the winter, digital tv and a dvd. Double doors lead out to the good sized terrace with table and chairs and a BBQ.
Upstairs there is a double room with queen size bed and a twin room and a shower room with wc.
