Denewood is a charming semi detached cottage on the edge of the quiet village of Colkirk. It is decorated in a country style and has feature beams in the ground floor rooms. Denewood is on a track off the main village road with numerous good walks from the house itself. The cottage is quite spacious and is ideally set up for a family holiday or for groups of adults. There are lovely field views all around the cottage. Fakenham is just 2 miles away and the coast 25 minutes.
Ground Floor
Dining Room: Entrance into the dining room with a table to seat 6. Stairs lead up to the first floor. There are plenty of books games and puzzles available along with walking maps etc.
Kitchen: A good size kitchen with wrap around worktop, and fridge. Cooking is by electric with an extractor over and a microwave.
Utility /Garden Room: The room overlooks the rear garden and houses a washing machine and a freezer.
Cloakroom: A W.C. with handbasin.
Sitting Room: A large comfortable room with plenty of seating, a TV with DVD (with HDD capability) and an electric log effect fire.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A good size double bedroom with plenty of built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: Another room with a double bed and freestanding wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: A twin room.
Bathroom: A large bathroom with a bath, a freestanding shower enclosure with electric shower, a w.c. and a marble surround hand basin
Oil central heating included.
Outside
The small front garden is laid to lawn with shrubs. A gravel drive to the side will take 2 cars and there is extra parking in the lane.
The rear garden is completely enclosed and has a garden bench and furniture and a barbeque.
Up to 2 Pets welome downstairs only @ £10.

Colkirk
A quiet village situated just two miles from the Market Town of Fakenham with cinama, bowling and kids play centre, and a five minute drive from the amazing Pensthorpe waterfowl park – formerly home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’. There are numerous good walks in and around the village. The coast is just twenty five minutes away by car. Kett Country Cottages have charming holiday cottages in Colkirk as well as many others nearby. Colkirk has a pretty church, village pond and a lively and welcoming pub – The Crown Inn. The village is perfectly situated for a trip to Fakenham Races or to the Thursford Spectacular.
