Dingley Dell is a brand new barn conversion, in immaculate condition on the outskirts of the village of Corpusty in North Norfolk. The village is ideally placed to explore the surrounding countryside with Holt only 7 miles away and Blakeney just a few miles further on the coast. Sheringham and Cromer are 15-20 minutes drive. There are numerous nature reserves in the area as well as a number of stately homes including Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Houghton Hall and of course Sandringham. The village has a good shop and pub, and there are many other good pubs in the local area.
Ground Floor
Sitting room: A very spacious area downstairs with an open plan sitting room with seating for 4/5 a TV/Video combo with Freeview box, CD player and door into the garden.
Kitchen/Diner: With a dining table to seat six and a brand new well equipped fitted kitchen with: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave.
Cloakroom: With w.c and basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room.
Bedroom 2: A twin room - both have storage space for clothes.
Bathroom: A family bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath, wc and basin.
Heating by storage radiators.
Outside
The fully enclosed garden is laid to lawn with shrubs. There is a paved terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
Off road parking for 2 cars.
Pets welcome. No charge for 2 pets 3rd dog £15.

Corpusty
This pretty little village is well situated for many of Norfolk’s great attractions. Stately homes such as Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are a short drive away as well as the ever-popular Georgian town of Holt, and in just 15-20 minutes you can be on the beach! Kett Country Cottages have a wide selection of holiday cottages in North Norfolk and a very popular holiday cottage in Corpusty.
There is a lovely pub in Corpusty – The Duke’s head which overlooks the village green, as well as a good local shop.
Each year there is a very good and very popular bonfire and fireworks display, definitely worth attending if you happen to be in the area!
