Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
The Boathouse has undergone significant refurbishment and is now an ideal holiday home. However what makes it stand out is the view across the the Staithe, Creek, and marshes.at Burnham Overy Staithe. It is literally yards from the water at high tide and therefore offers a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. Reduced rates are available for 2 guests at certain times of the year.
The Boathouse can be rented with the Cottage next door via a connecting door.
The accommodation is all of a high standard and comprises: Downstairs: A twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an additional separate large shower/wet roomwith WC, ideal for stepping into after a long afternoon on the beach or in the sea. The spacious utility room has a washing machine and drier.
Upstairs: The sitting room has unrivalled views over the Staithe and has comfortable seating for 6 with a TV and Video and DVD. The well equipped kitchen/diner has a fridgefreezer , microwave and electric oven and hob. Leading from the kitchen is a double bedroom and twin room and bathroom with a hand held shower. Both have the view over the staithe and are comfortably furnished and equipped.
