The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
The Cottage has undergone refurbishment and is now an ideal holiday home. However what makes it stand out is the view across the the Staithe, Creek, and marshes.at Burnham Overy Staithe. It is literally yards from the water at high tide and therefore offers a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. Reduced rates are available for 2 guests at certain times of the year.
The Cottage can be rented with the Boathouse next door via a connecting door.
The accommodation is all of a high standard and comprises: Downstairs. A double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The double and one of the twins both have ensuite bathrooms with hand held showers and there is an additional separate large shower/wet room ideal for stepping into straight from the sea with a WC. The spacious utility room has a washing machine and drier.
Upstairs: The sitting room extends the length of the property and gives fantastic views out over the Staithe. There is plenty of seating for 8 with a TV, DVD and Video and open fireplace. The kitchen diner is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob with seating at the dining table for 8.
