Flagstaff West has recently undergone significant refurbishment and is now an exceptional holiday home. However what makes it stand out is the view across the the Staithe, Creek, and marshes.at Burnham Overy Staithe. It is literally yards from the water at high tide and therefore offers a perfect location for those who wish to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. Flagstaff west is one half of a large house with Flagstaff east being the other half. The two can be used separately or as a shared booking and are totally independent of each other in terms of amenities. Reduced rates are available for 2 guests at certain times of the year.
Ground Floor
Dining area: With room to seat at least 8 people.
Kitchen: Is equipped with: fridge, electric oven and hob.
Bedroom 1: A large twin room with patio doors to the garden.
First Floor
Staircase: Wood panelled circular staircase lead up.
Sitting room: With views over the water. There is seating for 8 and a TV and Video.
Bedroom 2: A spacious bunk room.
Bedroom 3: A double room with a super king size bed.
Bathroom: With bath, w.c. and basin.
Oil central heating included.
Outside
A large shared garden.
Shared clothes washing facilities.
Plenty of off road parking and room for boats.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Burnham Overy Staithe is a small village on the North Norfolk coast with a lovely little harbour, a few boats and a good chandlery. The Hero pub is within walking distance serving great food and beer and who kindly offer Kett Customers an exclusive 10% discount voucher. The coast path leads from the harbour out along the sea wall to the beach. A little way along the coast is the seaside town of Wells-next-the-sea where you can get lovely fresh fish and chips and sit on the quay and watch the fishermen bring in their catch. Or step aboard one of the largest and oldest Dutch barges still in existence, The Albatross, now converted into a bar and restaurant.
