Set in the beautiful grounds of Gayton Hall, The Stables have been converted to a high standard to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. The Hall itself is set amongst 20 acres of gardens including a lake and other water features to which guests are welcome to walk and enjoy. The property It is just 20 mins from the coast and only a few miles from Sandringham House and Houghton Hall. The busy town and port of King's Lynn is less than 5 miles away. The village is a short walk down the drive where there is a good pub. There is also the use of the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court by arrangement with the owner during July and August.
All First Floor
Entrance: A large hallway useful for coats and boots.
Sitting/Dining room: A good sized room with plenty of seating for 6 with a TV, DVD, Video and wood burner.
Kitchen: The well equipped kitchen has: electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower over and wc.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom.
Bedroom 3: A small bedroom with 2 single beds suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
Bathroom 2: The family bathroom has a wc and basin and a shower over the bath.
Downstairs there is a full size table tennis table.
Oil central heating included.
Outside
As well as the option to explore the extensive gardens, you have the exclusive use of an area of garden with a barbeque and use of the outdoor swimming pool from 1st June (by arrangement with the owner).
Off road parking for 2 cars.

Gayton
This small village is situated 7 miles east of Kings Lynn. It is well placed to explore numerous locations in North West Norfolk, from the large sandy beaches at Hunstanton and Holme to the Norfolk residence of her majesty the Queen - Sandringham. Holiday cottages in North Norfolk range in size and style and Kett Country Cottages have many cottages in West Norfolk, and a lovely holiday cottage in Gayton.
Gayton is also a short drive away from Leziate Park where you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing or perhaps just a stroll around the lake and lovely woodlands. There is also an indoor child’s play area and the Leziate Park Clubhouse which has a bar and restaurant.
In the village of Gayton itself there are two pubs, the Rampant Horse and The Crown. We can highly recommend the Crown, which has a friendly atmosphere, real ale and good food. Dogs are also very welcome for those of you that are staying in dog friendly cottages in North Norfolk, and there is free wi-fi access in case you need to get online. There is a butchers in the village as well as a petrol station with convenience shop and post office combined.
