North Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer.  The main coastal towns of Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Holt are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches.  Villages including Burnham Market, Brancaster, Holkham, Salthouse, Cley and Morston allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce.  Inland there are a number of stately homes including Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Holkham.

Granary Barn is part of a cluster of properties within a beautifully restored 18th century barn conversion. The barns are set in 7 acres of grounds with fields all round, sometimes grazing sheep and lambs and occasionally cattle. Visitors are welcome to walk around the fields but are asked to be aware when there are animals present. 

The properties surround a central paved courtyard and have access to a heated indoor swimming pool and games room all year round. The games room has a snooker table as well as pool, table tennis and table football. The swimming pool is .765m at the shallow end and 1.365m at the deep end.

Entrance is into the open plan sitting room, kitchen diner. High ceilings bare brickwork and beams are a feature throughout this character property. There are large sofas to comfortably seat eight, and a TV/video/dvd combo. The kitchen is equipped with a large electric range style cooker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the games room. A chest freezer is also available for use here.

The dining area has the capacity to seat 14 so will accommodate a large group dining if both Granary Barn and West Barn are booked together. There is a separate power shower, w.c. and basin downstairs. Upstairs again features high ceilings and beams.

There are two upstairs floors, the first with a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, a twin room and a bunk bedded room with full sized bunk beds. The upper floor has a further double room and a bathroom with a roll top bath, w.c. and basin but no shower.

Heating is by electric storage radiators
