Number 2 Grange Farm Cottage in Hindringham is a well presented and spacious family home. The traditional, semi – detached, brick and flint house is at least 200 years old and has undergone extensive renovation to create a bright and comfortable cottage. It is sited in .5 of an acre of ground with large grassed areas, ideal for children. The cottage is just a short walk from the newly opened village pub which serves food too.
Ground Floor
Sitting room: A large room with windows on 3 sides and French doors opening onto the garden. The room has wooden flooring, large comfy sofas, a wood burning stove and a TV with DVD player.
Kitchen: The spacious fitted kitchen has tiled flooring and is equiped with: dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric cooker with extractor, microwave.
Dining room: A small room off the kitchen with a window onto the garden.
Cloakroom: With w.c. and basin.
Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor
Staircase: The wide staircase is fairly steep but there is a handrail.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Twin room.
Bedroom 3: Twin room.
Bedroom 4: A large room with king size bed and en-suite shower room.
Bathroom 2: The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.
One twin room and the double may be locked off making the house available to smaller parties at a reduced rate in off peak periods.
Oil central heating is included and an initial supply of wood for the fire.

A large gravel drive with parking for 4 cars off road. The grounds extend to over half an acre with large areas of grass for children to play. There is a newly-paved area to the rear of the house accessed from the sitting room with lawn beyond.

Hindringham
The village of Hindringham is just 5 miles from the coast. The villagers have recently opened a new pub, The Pavillion, in the village which also serves food. Holt is only 7 miles away and a visit to the Thursday Market in Fakenham, 6 miles away is a must. The village of Binham is 2 miles away with lovely remains of the Benedictine Priory, a local shop and newsagent, petrol pumps, a good butcher, and a pub serving good food. Just a short drive away is the Medieval town of Little Walsingham, recognised all over the world as a pilgrimage centre for people of many faiths and home to the wonderful award-winning Walsingham Farm Shop.
Great Walsingham has a Post Office and a barn-complex housing interesting shops and a gallery. Thursford, home of the famous Steam Organ Collection is 2 miles away.
