Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
Haydn House is a newly converted Victorian terraced townhouse, close to the heart of the popular seaside town of Hunstanton and just a short walk from the beach. The building has been renovated to a high standard, retaining much of the Victorian character and features. The house consists of 3 light and airy apartments with modern furniture and fittings. Each property may be booked separately or combined, where available for a more flexible family arrangement. Hunstanton is ideal for family beach holidays, for sailing, windsurfing and also for birdwatching and golf all year round.

Heacham
One of the largest villages in England. As well as the famous Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre there are numerous shops, supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants, and of course there are the beaches. The fine university city of Cambridge is just over an hours drive or take the train from Kings Lynn. Peterborough is just under an hour away. The magnificent cathedral in Ely is only 55 minutes drive.
