Lavender Cottage is a modern house built in a traditional style brick and chalk. It is bright and well presented and is set back from the road behind a wall and with a walled and fenced garden to the rear making it a quiet and private spot in which to relax. The village of Thornham lies on the north Norfolk coast approximately 5 minutes drive from the beaches at Brancaster and 15 minutes from Old Hunstanton.
Prices reduced for 1st 3 weeks of July and for September and October (excluding Half Term) £395 per week for occupancy of a maximum 3 people. Call to book.
Ground Floor
Cloakroom: With w.c. and basin.
Lounge/dining room: With double aspect windows making it bright and light. The good sized sitting area has comfy seats, a TV with a Sky package and a DVD player. The dining area will seat 6 and looks onto the rear garden.
Kitchen: A newly fitted and tiled kitchen providing plenty of cupboard space. It opens onto the rear garden and is equipped with: electric cooker with extractor over, dishwasher, washing machine, under counter fridge with ice box, microwave. A freezer is available in the garage.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room with built in wardrobe, shelving and hanging space and free standing wardrobe with drawers.
Bedroom 2: A twin room with built in wardrobe, shelves and hanging space.
Bedroom 3: A bunk bed room.
Bathroom: The family bathroom is tiled throughout and has an electric shower over the bath, a wc and basin.
Oil fired central heating is included.
Outside
The rear garden is completely enclosed. It is paved with shrubs and plants interspersed throughout.
Garden furniture is supplied for sitting out and enjoying the summer sunshine. The small front garden is also enclosed with a low fence and gate, again paved and planted to make an attractive entrance.
Off road parking is available for 2 cars outside the property to the rear.

Thornham
Thornham is a pretty village and the perfect base to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. It has a stunning beach and is also close to the beaches at Brancaster, Holme and just a mile from the Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve. Houghton Hall and Sandringham are both a 15 minute drive. There is a pretty church in the village, in which hangs the ship’s bell of the HMS Thornham which was named after the village. There is a village shop, deli, two popular pubs and a pizza restaurant all within walking distance. A short drive along the coast will take you to Drove Orchards farm shop for good quality local produce and delicious homemade apple juice and the amazing Yurt restaurant, serving good food in an unusual and cosy environment.
