Little Barn is in the small village of Ringstead only 2 miles from the North Norfolk coast. This charming cottage is a converted barn set in the grounds of the owners home with space for 3 or 4 people. It has been tastefully converted to provide a bright and spacious living area. The village itself is quiet and rural with an excellent pub that serves food and a village shop where you can buy almost everything. In addition there is an antique store for a bit of browsing. Apart from the coastline, the village is ideally placed for reaching Brancaster, Burnham Market, Thornham and Hunstanton. Sandringham is a few miles down the road as is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell. Discounts available for 2 people staying at The Little Barn - please ask.

Kitchen: Well equipped with: double electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, (the owner is happy for you to use her washing machine by arrangement).
Sitting / Dining Room: The spacious living area has comfy seating with a stereo, flatscreen TV and DVD player. The dining area seat 4 people.
Oil Central Heating included.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: A single room which has room for an extra bed if required.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a shower over and wc and basin.

Outside

A terrace area overlooking the pretty, well stocked garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink and some sunshine.

Ringstead is an ideal base for bird watching all along the coast. Most popular sites are the RSPB reserves at Titchwell, Thornham, Holme and Snettisham, all within a short drive.
