North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
Little Barn is in the small village of Ringstead only 2 miles from the North Norfolk coast. The village itself is quiet and rural with an excellent pub that serves food and a village shop where you can buy almost everything. In addition there is an antique store for a bit of browsing. Apart from the coastline, the village is ideally placed for reaching Brancaster, Burnham Market, Thornham and Hunstanton. Sandringham is a few miles down the road as is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell.
The cottage itself is a converted barn with room for 3 or 4 people. Entrance into the well equipped kitchen with a double electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher (the owner is happy for you to use her washing machine by arrangement). Through to the spacious living/dining area with dining table for 4 and seating at the far end with a stereo, flatscreen TV and DVD.
Upstairs there is a double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a single room which has room for an extra bed if required - also with chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a shower over and wc. Outside there is a terrace area where you can sit and enjoy a drink.
