North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer.  The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches.  Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce.  Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.

Thornham lies on the north coast approximately 5 minutes by car from the beaches at Brancaster and 15 minutes from Old Hunstanton. There is a good village shop and 2 pubs/restaurants within walking distance of the cottage. The beach can be reached by crossing the dunes and from here you could walk East or West for miles if you wished. For the bird watchers, the nearby Titchwell Marsh nature reserve is on the doorstep. Alternatively the many stately homes and gardens in the area are close by including Sandringham and Hunstanton for more traditional seaside entertainment is just along the coast.

The spacious terraced cottage, built approximately 20 years ago in Traditional brick and chalklump style, is part of a conversion of former farm buildings. It sits on the edge of the marsh close to the Norfolk Coastal path. The property has been very tastefully funished to make a comfortable home from home. 

Entrance is into the hallway. The kitchen is accessed from both the sitting room and the hallway and is well equipped with:

A small utility room houses a Freezeer and a washing machine

The L shaped lounge has plenty of comfortable seating,  a TV and DVD and an open fire. There is a small sofa bed to accomodate a 6th guest if they do not wish to share the smaller double bed on the first floor.

Double doors lead through to the conservatory, which has a large dining table and chairs. You can access the garden from the conservatory.

Upstairs is a double room with an en suite shower, a twin room and a further double with a 4ft bed.

The family bathroom has a bath with a hand held shower, w.c. and basin.

The charming enclosed, paved garden is planted with trees and shrubs and has outdoor seating.
