North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
This house is at the end of a terrace of houses built just over 20years ago of a brick and chalk lump construction. It offers a bright and modern home from home.
Accommodation is as follows: Downstairs. A large well furnished, lounge/diner includes an open fire, large flat screen TV with Freesat digital, Video (with a selection of videos) stereo/CD player and dining table with room for 6 and French doors from here into the garden. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a separate W.C at the bottom of the stairs. Upstairs. Here there are three brightly decorated bedrooms - a double, twin and bunk bed room. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Outside. The cottage has paved gardens to front, rear and side of the property. There are borders containing a selection of year round plants. There is ample space to sit outside in private and a patio set is provided as well as a portable barbeque. Lockable gates ensure that children can play safely.
