This house is at the end of a terrace of houses built just over 20 years ago of a brick and chalk lump construction. It offers a bright and modern home from home.The village has a variety of pubs and restaurants along with an excellent village shop and bakery.

Sitting/Dining room: A large well furnished, lounge/diner includes an open fire, large flat screen TV with Freesat digital, Video (with a selection of videos) stereo/CD player and dining table with room for 6. French doors open from here into the garden. Wi-Fi access available.
Kitchen: The small but well equipped kitchen has: electric cooker, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
Cloakroom: There is a W.C with basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A double room.
Bedroom 2: A twin room.
Bedroom 3: A bunk bed room.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
Outside
The cottage has paved gardens to front, rear and side of the property. Borders contain a selection of year round plants. There is ample space to sit outside in private with garden furniture and a portable barbeque. Lockable gates ensure that children can play safely.

Thornham
Thornham is a pretty village and the perfect base to enjoy all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer. It has a stunning beach and is also close to the beaches at Brancaster, Holme and just a mile from the Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve. Houghton Hall and Sandringham are both a 15 minute drive. There is a pretty church in the village, in which hangs the ship’s bell of the HMS Thornham which was named after the village. There is a village shop, deli, two popular pubs and a pizza restaurant all within walking distance. A short drive along the coast will take you to Drove Orchards farm shop for good quality local produce and delicious homemade apple juice and the amazing Yurt restaurant, serving good food in an unusual and cosy environment.
