The area offers a diverse number of activities for all ages and tastes including sailing, birdwatching swimming, boat trips, golfing, horse riding or just relax on the beaches. You can even make use of your very own beach hut. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Brancaster, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
Included is free use of BEACH HUT AT OLD HUNSTANTON - only 15 minutes drive away, sat in the dunes and only 2 minutes walk from the car park.
3 Manor Grange is an immaculately presented detached house in a quiet courtyard in the village of Syderstone. The house is of modern construction and has recently been fully renovated with tasteful décor and furnishings throughout making a very light and comfortable family home. The village is approximately 10 miles from the coast and has a local pub just a few steps away – serving bar food. Other good pubs with food can be found in the Rudhams, the Creakes, Docking and Bircham, all within 10 minutes drive. Syderstone Common, just a short walk from the cottage is an SSSI and home to the rare Natterjack Toad.
This is an ideal base for a family holiday and has the added advantage of exclusive use of a beach hut at Old Hunstanton during your stay.
