Maremma is a charming, traditional brick and flint, detached cottage situated just a short walk from Brancaster beach and the coastal path. It has an enclosed garden, making it ideal for families, especially with children and pets. The village has a good village shop and a pub serving food – both are 5 minutes walk away. Apart from the beaches, the golf club and sailing in Brancaster Staithe the RSPB Titchwell reserve is 5 minutes away in the car. Burnham Market with its numerous shops, cafes, pub and very good restaurant is about 4 miles. Away from the coast, both Sandringham and Houghton Hall are nearby as are other numerous attractions for children and adults.
North West Norfolk has a wealth of variety for those wishing to enjoy all that a holiday on the coast can offer. The main coastal towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea are all close by from where you can sail, birdwatch, swim, take boat trips, play golf, ride horses or just relax on the beaches. Smaller villages including Sedgeford, Burnham Market, Thornham, Titchwell, Burnham Overy Staithe, Holkham and Holme next the Sea allow you to experience the award winning restaurants, country pubs, galleries and the many farm shops selling local and seasonal produce. Sandringham is easily accessible as are the other stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham.
Maremma, is a spacious and comfortable cottage with plenty of room for a holiday at any time of year.
Accommodation comprises:
A good sized fitted kitchen with slate flooring. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and electric cooker. There is a freezer in a small outhouse by the kitchen door. A breakfast table will seat 3/4.
The sitting room has a wood burner for extra winter comfort, a TV and DVD player. The separate dining room will seat 6 people comfortably.
There is a very useful downstairs shower room with w.c. and basin, great when coming in from the beach. Stairs lead from the hall to the first floor with 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 double with King sized bed and 2 twin rooms. There is also a second flight of stairs to the first floor. The shared bathroom has a bath, no shower, a w.c. and basin.
Outside is a small private garden with a lawn and shrubs, a barbeque and garden furniture.

Parking is on the road outside the cottage
A travel cot, booster seat and stair gates are available if required.
