Neptune House, in the small coastal village of Stiffkey has the most stunning views across the river valley with a large garden running down to the river Stiffkey itself. The village has a good general store and a pub serving food and is only 4 miles from Wells-next-the-sea. The large detached house is a modern construction of traditional brick and flint, built on 3 levels and has just been extensively renovated to a high standard.
Ground Floor
Entrance: Into a hallway at road level with immediate views to the rear.
Sitting room: Large room again with stunning views and a wood-burner for extra winter comfort. TV with DVD player. A door opens onto the balcony overlooking the garden.
Study/Playroom: With books and games.
Bedroom 1: Double room overlooking the river with a small balcony and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: Double room, again with built in wardrobes.
Shower Room: There is a shared shower room with a power shower, basin and wc.
First Floor
Bedroom 3: Twin room with views to the river.
Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with a kingsize bed and again stunning views. The en-suite shower room has a w.c. and basin.
Bathroom 3: Shared bathroom with a bath (no shower) w.c. and basin.
Basement
Dining Room: On the lower ground floor there is a dining/ garden room with French doors opening onto the garden, a large dining table and comfortable lounge seating as well.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: The large kitchen has access to the garden via French doors. It has a small breakfast table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric range style cooker.
W.C: A small w.c. and large balfast sink off the kitchen.
Outside
There is a small covered terrace area outside the kitchen and dining room with garden furniture.
The large garden is enclosed form the road but open to the river. It is extensively planted with shrubs and lawns run down to the river, with a small decked area to sit by and feed the ducks.
Parking for 2 to 3 cars at the front of the house off road.
