The Old Laundry is a traditional carr stone end terrace cottage situated in a courtyard off the main road in Docking. The cottage has undergone extensive renovation, making it a light and comfortable family home. The village of Docking is just 4 miles from the coast at Brancaster and has a good Pub, The Railway serving good food, a small supermarket and post office just 5 minutes walk from the cottage and a fish and chip shop also near the cottage.
Ground Floor
Sitting room: With comfy seating, an open fire, TV with DVD, Video and games.
Kitchen/Diner: Seats 8 round a large farmhouse table and with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, fridge, small freezer in larder, microwave oven, electric cooker with extractor.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double room.
Bedrom 2: Double room.
Bedroom 3: Twin room.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, w.c. and basin.
Shower room: With freestanding shower, w.c. and basin.
Outside
There is a small front gravelled garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun. To the rear is a larger paved patio area.
Off road parking for 2 cars.

Docking
Well situated for the lovely coast (less than five miles from the sweeping expanse of Brancaster beach) as well as the popular village of Burnham Market (again, five miles away) this village has a good pub, local shop (and post office) and convenient fish and chip shop! Fishing is available in the village. Day ticket may be obtained from the local garage. The village has a large playing field with childrens play area, tennis court and bowling green. Kett Country Cottages have some really great holiday cottages in Docking. Amongst other things there are pet friendly cottages and cottages within walking distance of the pub! Play a game of golf at Hunstanton or Brancaster less than 10 minutes away.
There is also an interesting vintage clothing shop, tea room and even a tattoo studio should the fancy take you. How about an ‘I Love Norfolk’ tattoo?!
