The Old Mill Barn is a newly refurbished conversion attached to the owners own house, providing a beautifully presented holiday hideaway in the heart of the country side. The Barn features exposed beams, oak doors and good décor throughout. For peace and tranquility this is the ideal location. The property is situated in the village of Lower Gresham, 5 minutes drive from Sheringham and Cromer and 12 minutes from Holt. The National Trust property, Felbrigg Hall is a pleasant walk of under 1 mile away. The surrounding countryside is gently rolling and has numerous interesting walks.
All Ground Floor
Living Area: All open plan with tiled floor throughout. The complete fitted kitchen is at one end of the room and is equipped with: electric hob and oven with extractor over, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven. Use of washing machine by arrangement with owner. The dining table will seat 4.
Sitting Area: The spacious sitting area has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or an extra adult and there is a TV with a DVD player.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Bathroom: With a bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.
Outside
A small enclosed garden area with gravel and shrubs. It has garden furniture and a barbeque is available.
Parking is off road at the front of the property.

Gresham
The quiet village is about a 10 minute drive from the coast and ideally located for exploring all that the county has to offer. Felbrigg and Blickling Halls are both nearby as are the many RSPB nature reserves. Apart from the beaches at Cromer, Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells there are many good pubs and restaurants in the area including the Wheatsheaf in West Beckham just up the road. You will find many holiday cottages in North Norfolk, often with child-friendly enclosed gardens, some within walking distance of a village pub and even dog friendly cottages. Kett Country Cottages have a couple of lovely holiday cottages in Gresham.
