Orange House at Heacham is situated in one of the largest villages in England. As well as the famous Norfolk Lavender farm and visitor centre there are many shops, supermarket, butcher, baker, pubs and restaurants, and of course the beaches. All are within a short walk of Orange House. The property, adjoining the owner’s home is adaptable to suit a combination of party numbers. There is the Apartment sleeping 4, The Studio sleeping 2 or you can take the whole of the Annex sleeping 6. All have use of the heated outdoor swimming pool by arrangement with the owner in July and August. It is an ideal base for a family for a week away or just for a couple for a getaway weekend. There is something for everyone with a traditional seaside environment or for golf, sailing, bird watching or just winding down and relaxing.
All Ground Floor
Sitting/Dining Room: The property has large windows which allow light to flood in all the way through. The main room has a dining area in the bay window with seating for 6 and a seating area with comfy sofas, TV with Freeview , DVD and video. The apartment is large enough for all to eat together if the whole annex is booked.
Kitchen: Good sized room with: electric cooker with extractor over, fridge, washing machine, microwave.
Bedroom 1: Twin room.
Bedroom 2: Twin or double room with option of 2 single beds or 1 x super king size double.
Bathroom: Shared bathroom which has a handheld shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
A door at the end of the corridor can access the studio if booked together or can be locked if only the apartment is booked.
Outside
The garden is shared between the studio and annex. It is fully enclosed. The heated pool is fenced for safety.
A pet is welcome in the flat @ £15 but must be confined to the kitchen.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring beach and pool towels.
Central heating is by a gas combi boiler.
Parking at the front of the property off road.

The fine university city of Cambridge is just over an hours drive or take the train from Kings Lynn. Peterborough is just under an hour away. The magnificent cathedral in Ely is only 55 minutes drive.
