Owl Place is a recently converted barn near the village of Kelling and only a few minutes from the North Norfolk coast. It has been converted and furnished to a very high standard and is now a very comfortable and spacious property with plenty of room for 8 people. Apart from the quality of the conversion itself, perhaps the greatest appeal is the shared indoor swimming pool (swimming pool towels provided), tennis courts and kids play area with climbing frame and swing. In addition to all this, a couple of the surrounding fields are there to be used by you and your dog if you need more space than there already is!
Ground Floor
Entrance: Into a galleried hallway.
Kitchen: Huge with a large dining table that could seat 12 and a top of the range fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and stereo.
W.C: With w.c. and basin.
Open Plan Sitting Area: With plenty of space, a large wood burner and TV with freeview and DVD. There is also wireless broadband available.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1: Double with ensuite shower room with basin and wc.
Bedroom 2: Twin room.
Bedroom 3: Twin room with en suite shower and w.c.
Bedroom 4: Twin room.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower over the bath and w.c.
All the rooms have been finished to a high standard.
Outside
There is a good sized south facing terrace with table and chairs. This decked are is totally enclosed. At the front of the property is an area of grass and plenty of space for at least 3 cars.
Access to the pool is around the front of the property, there is no access directly from the barn.
Swimming pool towels provided as well as house towels.
A cot and highchair are included in the property.

Kelling
Kelling is a small village near the coast in Norfolk, close to the larger town of Holt. It has the smallest station on the North Norfolk Railways, which can only be reached by request. Visitors to Kelling can enjoy both the rolling green of the fields around them, and the rolling green of the waves on the coast. An archetypcal country village, the area is covered in farmland, with small woods interspersed between them.
Families visiting Kelling can enjoy being able to explore the woodlands near their holiday cottages on one day and then taking a walk down to the lovely Norfolk beaches the next. There are also a number of paths that meander through the acres of open land around Kelling, including a nature trail that the whole family can walk together.
