Riverhead Cottage is a spacious and comfortable cottage with beautiful gardens in the village of Colkirk. This includes a fully enclosed wild meadow further enhanced by stunning views out over the surrounding fields and countryside. Colkirk lies at the heart of what many consider to be the most distinctive part of Norfolk. It is only 15 miles from the coast and within reach of many of the area's attractions.
Ground Floor
Dining Room: Separate dining room with seating for 6.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen is equipped with: electric oven, hob and grill, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer.
Sitting Room 1: There are two sitting rooms, the first has a wood burning stove (wood provided), TV and DVD and Freeview. A large sliding door leads into the garden.
Sitting Room 2: The second sitting room has more seating and a stereo/DVD player.
WC: With basin on the ground floor.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Twin room with an ensuite shower and basin and a dressing area.
Bedroom 2: Twin room.
Bedroom 3: Double room with a hand basin.
Bathroom 2: The family bathroom has a free standing shower but no bath, w.c. and basin.
Outside
The garden is a lovely with a mix of lawns, flower beds and shrubs and trees to the front and the rear. A wild meadow area backs onto the rear garden which is fully enclosed. Garden furniture and barbeque available.
There is a telephone at the cottage (honesty system) and books and games.
Parking for 2 cars off road at the front of the property.
Duvet covers and pillow cases are provided but you will need to bring your own bottom sheets and towels.
1 small dog welcome @ £10 per week.
