The barn has been converted to a high specification making a very spacious accomodation built to a very high standard and finished with limestone flooring throughout with under floor heating, oak internal doors, a fitted oak kitchen. There is a mezzanine bedroom and gallery. Sculthorpe village is quiet and unspoilt and is home to the Hawk and Owl Trust Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve. There is a village pub/restaurant The Hourglass and Sculthorpe Mill pub/ restaurant by the river. Sit in the peaceful surroundings and watch the sun set over the field beyond.

Ground Floor
Sitting Room: Open plan sitting area with full height windows. Under floor heating plus a twin sided wood burner for added comfort . TV with Sky with entertainment package, DVD and integral CD player. Glazed doors open onto the garden with views over open fields and the village church beyond.
Kitchen/dining area: A very spacious open plan area. The fitted kitchen is oak with granite work surfaces throughout. It is equipped with a large gas range hob and electric oven with extractor over, large American style fridge/freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher.The central chimney gives access to the wood burner from the kitchen as well as the sitting room. An extending dining table seats up to 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor master bedroom with wrought iron king sized bed. Glazed doors to the garden and views over the fields. An en-suite shower room has freestanding multi jet shower, w.c. and a basin set in a marble top. Stairs lead to the mezzanine room which has large wardrobes, a sofa and a TV.
