Valley Cottage is a very charming brick and flint cottage is situated in the village of Stiffkey, still the best kept secret in this area of Norfolk. It is close to the sea and within easy access of the rest of the coastline. The village has a pub serving food and an excellent village shop. The cottage, formerly an artist's house though traditional, is flooded with light and has just been renovated to a very high standard.
Ground Floor
Entrance: From a painted wooden porch into a spacious hallway.
Sitting Room: A large room with comfortable seating and TV, DVD and video. There is a step down into a further sitting area with French doors opening onto the pretty rear garden.
Kitchen: The cosy fitted kitchen has a small table and chairs and Norfolk pamment floor and is equipped with: built in electric cooker and hob, dishwasher.
Dining room: leads from the kitchen and has sky lights for added daylight. There is ample seating for 8 here and a door leads to the garden.
Cloakroom: with w.c and basin
Utility room: with a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A small boxroom with a z-bed - ideal for an extra child.
Bedroom 2: A double room looking out over the front of the house with a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 and 4: 2 twin rooms which look over the front of the property.
Bathroom 1: has a free standing shower, w.c. and basin.
Bathroom 2: has a bath with a shower over, w.c. and basin
Outside
The garden to the front of the house has a paved and cobbled courtyard with plants and hedges and the rear garden is planted with a variety of cottage garden plants and is full of colour. A set of garden furniture sits near the house and there is a garden seat at the end to enjoy a quiet moment. The property is fully enclosed.
Parking on quiet roadside plus space for one car inside the gate. There is additional parking for one/two cars along the adjacent lane - clearly marked by a sign saying 'Valley Cottage'.

Still the best kept secret in this area of Norfolk. It is close to the sea and within easy access of the rest of the coastline. The village has a good general store and a good pub serving food and is only 4 miles from Wells-next-the-sea.
