Willow Barn is a stunning, newly renovated barn, part of a former farm in Bircham Tofts. The tiny hamlet is just half a mile from the main village of Great Bircham so only a short walk from the Kings Head, a very smart gastro pub on the Sandringham Estate. The barn is flooded with light and finished to a high standard with wood and stone flooring and oak doors.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall: A large hall area opening onto the living room.
Shower Room: A room with large freestanding shower, w.c. and handbasin, stone floors and attractive tiling.
Living Area: A large open plan room with a woodburning stove, sofas and a dining table to seat 8. Door open to the front garden and into the sun room at the rear. A feature oak staircase leads to the first floor.
Kitchen: A large room, stone flooring and doors onto the rear garden. Fully fitted, the kitchen has a calor gas range cooker with electric oven and extractor over, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
First Floor

Parking is off road on the drive in front of the archway.
