Wyndswept is a superb, newly built, Georgian-style detached house in the popular Norfolk seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea. The whole property is light and spacious with very generously proportioned rooms, a large, enclosed garden to the rear and plenty of off-road parking at the front. The large, well-equipped kitchen/diner has ample seating for ten, and with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house is perfect for large family groups taking either short breaks or longer holidays. An ideal location for exploring Norfolk.

The house is situated on the edge of one of the most attractive towns on the Norfolk northern coast with views of the town and beyond to the sea. The quayside, with many good pubs, restaurants and shops is just a short walk away. Wells is an unspoiled seaside destination with a long sweeping beach, tree-lined park and quiet harbour: perfect to take the children crabbing.

Should you fancy a trip inland, discover beautiful architecture and gardens at places such as Houghton Hall, (16 miles away) or visit Her Majesty's much-loved country estate at Sandringham (20 miles). There is also plenty for the children to do as a number of RSPB reserves are peppered along the coast.

It is a lovely big house, the underfloor heating was wonderful in the kitchen specially when staying there in the winter. The garden didn't seem completely self contained which would have been a worry if we had brought the dog. Walking round the house keeps your steps up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family. The house was warm and given that our stay was in November it was very cosy. The kitchen is large, with the table for 12 in this area , and well stocked with equipment to cook. We loved that the kitchen had a large island which the family collected around. Our second stay at Wyndswept and same as our previous visit our whole family (age ranges from 6 to 86 yrs), enjoyed every minute we were there. The location is ideal to explore the area and we actually hired a beach hut at Wells for the day.

Some aspects of the property met our expectations, but others didn't. If charging a significant amount of money for rental, the basic decor, bedding, towels and curtains should reflect the price. Equally, a friendly welcome pack, decent bathroom essentials and a manual relating to the appliances would have enhanced the stay. We had a wonderful stay. The town is 10 minutes walk away, well stocked coop is 5 mins away and the beach is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and pubs to chose from also within walking distance. The property is spacious and well specced. Well definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely multi-age family stay at 'Wyndswept' last weekend and had a brilliant time. The house itself is very large, comfortable and clean and everybody really enjoyed their stay. All bedrooms are a very good size and we needed to use 2 travel cots but there was still plenty of room. We greatly appreciated the spacious and comfortable accommodation where we could interact for meals and indoor games and where each group also had its private space. Ideal property for extended family holiday. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit as the house is so convenient, you can walk into Wells, the harbour and shops. Garden great for children although the toys left in the Wendy house are old and incomplete.

This is a big house and ideal for large groups etc The location of this house is very good into Wells and you can also walk to the local large Coop supermarket in 8-10 minutes, or the quay in 15 minutes, so you don't need to use your car or have the hassle of parking. The size of the house is fantastic for a large family get together. It has been a luxurious house in its day but is now very tired, needs a deep clean and the ants sorting out. The childrens toys on the garden are broken and one of our grandchildren scratched her hand on the slide, I have since read the reviews and noticed that this was mentioned iRead moren a review I think 2021, so nothing has been done about them.
