Delightful cottage in quiet location. Very conveniently placed to explore all of North Norfolk. As a dog owner the fully enclosed garden was a huge benefit, even our lively spaniel couldn't escape! Impressed by high standard of cleanliness, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

A lovely cottage - comfortable, clean and cosy. Efficient heating system and lovely new bathroom. A secure garden for dogs and handy entrance into kitchen for when returning from muddy walks. Thankfully the cottage is set well back from the road. Well placed for visiting the coast and inland Norfolk.

Lovely cottage in a rural setting and a few minutes away from Langham and the local pub. Garden well fenced to keep dogs in and great patio area for sitting out in the afternoons or evenings. Local enough for getting out to visit Wells, Holkham, Salthouse.

The cottage is comfortable, and the garden is great for dogs. For me though I struggled with no wi-fi for the world we live in its a must. The hob in the kitchen took an age to cook anything and the radio supplied would not hold a station. Everything else was perfect. Beds comfortable, shower exceptionally very powerful.

Having recently stayed for one week we can say that the location is very good for exploring the north coast of Norfolk. The parking was good for a couple of cars off road - the enclosed garden a bonus for our dog but just very functional and laid to grass only - could be very pretty but appreciate this takes upkeep thereafter so understand. Lovely cottage with a great secure garden for dogs and children. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. It has a great kitchen with everything you need and a large dining table. The bathroom has both a bath and shower which is a plus. If you like wildlife the garden is a mini haven, a great place just to sit and observe.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage, it is in a very quiet rural village, just how we like it. The cottage is very well placed for exploring the coast & villages. Would we return here that's a "Yes". The garden is secure for dogs which for us is a big tick. Our dog thought it was home from home.
