Apple Blossom Cottage is a delightful 200 year old, Grade 2 listed traditional Norfolk brick and flint cottage set in the tranquil village of Field Dalling. The cottage has a half acre garden, which is surrounded by fields and an established wood.
It is conveniently situated to explore the North Norfolk coast - an area of outstanding natural beauty - being a little over 2 miles from the coastal path. There are plenty of things to do including seal trips from Blakeney Point, miles of unspoilt coast line to discover, a number of nature reserves to visit with lots of picturesque villages and fantastic seaside resorts close by. The cottage would ideally suit walkers, bird watchers or anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday.
The property has undergone extensive renovation in the past few years to open it up into a good sized living space yet retaining many of its original features and character.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hallway: A tiled area with the oil boiler and space to hang coats and leave boots.
Bathroom: A ground floor bathroom with a bath - no shower, w.c. and hand basin.
Sitting Room: A large room with an open fireplace, a TV with DVD player and stairs to the first floor leading up.
Kitchen/Dining Room: A long galley kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, an electric oven and microwave. The dining table at the other end of the room seats 6 easily. A feature wall has exposed pebble work.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A large room with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: A twin room with full size single beds and built in wardrobes.
Outside
The cottage has a lawn to the front and a long shingle drive with space for 3 cars off road. The very large rear garden is laid to lawn with some mature trees. There is a summer house for guests use and a barbeque. Part of the garden is fully enclosed with a 4 foot fence.
A dog is welcome, to be let out into the enclosed area

Field Dalling
Field Dalling is a quiet, pretty village lying 2 miles South Of Langham, 4 miles from the busy and very popular town of Holt, 4 miles from Thursford, home of the popular Christmas Spectacular and 3 miles from the coast at Morston with a good pub, the Anchor. Blakeney, Cley, and Walsingham are all places of interest to visit within 5 miles from the village. There are many more places of interest to visit within easy travelling distance including the wide, unspoilt beaches at Holkham and Wells. The village has a good childrens play ground next to the former school. This is a perfect base for a holiday just off the beaten track and away from the coastal traffic.
