The Batch is a modern, detached, carrstone property in the village of Ringstead just a stones throw from the village amenities and picturesque coastline, with the sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton and Holme next the Sea just two miles away For bird watching the RSPB Titchwell Marsh is only 10 mins in the car. The village of Ringstead has a post office and village shop close by, which is licensed and also has free WiFi access. It also has a maze of rooms with an array of antiques and collectables. There is an art gallery and a 15th century pub, 'The Gin Trap', just a short stroll away. The Batch has recently undergone extensive redecoration and renovation to provide a very bright, modern and spacious family home. The house has been furnished with families with children in mind and provides a cot and a highchair and has an enclosed rear garden.

Entrance: Into a hallway with room for coats and shoes.
Sitting Room: The spacious sunny living room has large comfy seating, a woodburner and a TV with DVD and Freeview. It has wooden floors through.
Kitchen/Dining: The dining table is situated so that diners can look out onto the rear garden through French doors and it will seat 6 easily. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven with an extractor.
Bedroom 1: A good sized double room with a Kingsize bed and a TV.
Bedroom 2: The twin bedded room also has a wooden cot.
Bedroom 3: The bunk bed room has full sized bunks.
Bathroom: The family bathroom has a bath with power shower over, washbasin and w.c.
Outside
A utility room accessed via the rear garden with a w.c, a sink and the washing machine.
The private rear garden is mainly laid to grass with shrubs and looks out across a small field .
The front garden is fenced and has a small lawn and shrubs.
Parking is off road on a gravel drive for up to 3 cars.
Oil fired central heating included.
