Bell Lodge Annexe in the quiet village of Horningtoft offers accomodation of a very high quality and the owners have succeeded in creating an extremely comfortable environment, designed as a perfect place from which to base yourself for a weekend or longer break at any time of year. It is attached to the owners house which was formerly a village pub and dates back to 1850 or possibly before. There are plenty of good walks and cycle rides around the village and the neighbouring village of Whissonsett is just half a mile away and has a useful village shop. There are good pubs serving good food at Brisley ( 2 miles ) and Colkirk ( 4 miles ).

All Ground Floor
Sitting area: The pretty sitting room has a TV with freeview and DVD and a comfortable sofa.
Kitchen area: With a microwave combi oven with grill, kettle, fridge with ice box and a toaster. There is no conventional oven so cooking could be limited if you were to stay for a full week. A range of microwave user friendly bowls and utensils are provided. A small table and chairs are available and a kitchen dresser.
Shower room: With a butlers sink for washing and also for washing up. There is a freestanding shower and a w.c.
Bedroom: One cosy double room has a chest of drawers, bedside tables and views over the garden from here too.
Outside
The back door of property opens onto the owner's garden with beautiful lawns and shrubs and mature trees beyond. You are welcome to sit out here and enjoy the quiet and seclusion.
Heating and hot water included.
There is parking to the side of the owners house off road.
Short breaks available all year round.
BELL LODGE IS MORE SUITABLE FOR SHORT BREAKS 3 OR 4 NIGHTS BUT MAY BE BOOKED FOR LONGER IF YOU WISH.
