Blue Sky Cottage is a traditional Victorian end terrace property in Sheringham. It has been completely modernised but retains some original features including stripped board floors and doors. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the sea front and beach and ideally situated for a family holiday.
First Floor
Sitting Room: With comfy sofas, a bay window and and open fireplace. The TV has a DVD player.
Kitchen / Dining Room: The spacious fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher,and a large fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker and Gas hob with electric oven. There is also an I-Pod dock.
Cloakroom: A w.c. with washbasin.
Sun Room/Utility: This sunny room leads off from the kitchen towards the garden and houses a washing machine.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: A large double room with kingsize bed, wardrobes and a dresser. Original Victorian decorative fireplace.
Bedroom 2: A room with twin beds and drawers.
Bathroom: Bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin.
Second Floor
Steep stairs lead up:
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, 1 single and 1 three quarter size and a chest of drawers.
Outside
A small enclosed front garden with pretty planting. The rear courtyard style garden is also enclosed, private. There is a barbeque, garden furniture and a timber summer house.
Parking is on road outside the property.
Gas central heating included.

Sheringham
The seaside town of Sheringham is a few miles west of Cromer along the North Norfolk coast. Saturday market which is held next to the railway station and the town has a good selection of specialist shops such as second-hand books, antiques, bric-a-brac and a variety of arts and craft shops as well as a supermarket for all your everyday needs.The Sheringham Little Theatre has a wide range of productions throughout the year and a popular pantomime at Christmas. For a festive weekend away at the end of the year, why not take your young children on the Santa Special steam train – one of the diesel and steam trains that run all year round, travelling along the ‘Poppy Line’ from Sheringham to Holt and back, via Weybourne. The Sheringham museum reopened earlier this year located in "The Mo", a modern building on the town\'s seafront. Displays focus on the town\'s fishing industry and development as a holiday resort, as well as the activities of the Sheringham lifeboat station. Slightly inland is Sheringham Country Park owned by the National Trust. In late spring it is ablaze with colourful azaleas and rhododendrons.It is also well known for its stunning views of the Norfolk coastline, so well worth a visit during your holiday in Norfolk.
