Chase cottage is a pretty period cottage built in traditional Norfolk brick and flint and retaining exposed beams and open fireplaces. The cottage has been completely renovated and has double glazing throughout offering a cosy and comfortable home from home. Set in the village of Docking the cottage is an ideal position for the coast , Kings Lynn, Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton estates. Golfing is available close by and fishing (by day permit) is available in the village itself.
Ground Floor
Entrance hall: with space for boots and coats.
Cloakroom: with w.c. and hand basin.
Shower Room: a large built in cubicle with an electric shower, w.c. and hand basin.
Dining Room: the table will seat 6 people comfortably. There is a feature fireplace with exposed brickwork and an electric panel heater. Winding cupboard stairs lead to the first floor. A high chair is available.
Sitting Room: a comfortable room seating up to 6. The fire place has exposed brickwork and a woodburner for the cooler evenings.
Bedroom 1: a ground floor bedroom with exposed beams and a double bed. Electric heater.
Study/Dressing room: A small area off the ground floor bedroom with an armchair. Perfect for a quiet read.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: A good sized room with fitted units. Equipment includes: Electric double oven and hob, washer/dryer, Fridge/freezer and microwave. The breakfast table will seat up to 6.
First Floor
Bedroom 2: A twin room with full size single beds and a selection of toys and games.
Bedroom 3: A double room with King size bed and built in wardrobes. A large cot is available.
Cloakroom: with w.c. and handbasin.
Electric storage radiators and electric heaters.
Outside
To the rear is a small paved courtyard garden which is a real sun trap. It has partial walls and fencing and is quite private though not enclosed. There is garden furniture available and a barbeque.
Parking off road for one car to the rear.
1 pet welcome @ £15.
A returnable security deposit is payable for this cottage.

Docking
Well situated for the lovely coast (less than five miles from the sweeping expanse of Brancaster beach) as well as the popular village of Burnham Market (again, five miles away) this village has a good pub, local shop (and post office) and convenient fish and chip shop! Fishing is available in the village. Day ticket may be obtained from the local garage. The village has a large playing field with childrens play area, tennis court and bowling green. Kett Country Cottages have some really great holiday cottages in Docking. Amongst other things there are pet friendly cottages and cottages within walking distance of the pub! Play a game of golf at Hunstanton or Brancaster less than 10 minutes away.
There is also an interesting vintage clothing shop, tea room and even a tattoo studio should the fancy take you. How about an ‘I Love Norfolk’ tattoo?!
